Christian Thurau

I'm a researcher at the Fraunhofer IAIS in St. Augustin and at the Bonn-Aachen International Center for Information Technology B-IT. I'm interested in Pattern Recognition, Computer Vision, Data Mining, and Machine Learning. Short bio

Since 2008: Research fellow at the Fraunhofer IAIS in St. Augustin and at the Bonn-Aachen International Center for Information Technology B-IT.

2008: Post-doctoral fellow at the Technical University Dortmund (TU Dortmund).

2007-2008: Marie Curie post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Machine Perception in Prague (CMP Prague).

2003-2006: Ph.D. degree on supervised learning in artificial agents at Bielefeld University.

1997-2003: Dipl.-Inf. (german M.Sc. degree equivalent) in computer science at Bielefeld University.
